Measured reference — the Valve Steam Machine, not this build
This build has not been on our bench, so it carries no measured numbers of its own. These are our own measured results for the Valve Steam Machine — shown so you have a real, cited reference point rather than a spec-sheet estimate. They are that machine's numbers, not this build's, and the two do not share a parts list.

The DeskMeet bundles the enclosure, motherboard and power supply. This proposal pairs it with a Ryzen 5 9600X and the PowerColor Reaper RX 9060 XT 16GB from our catalog.
The trade-off is flexibility. Check the exact graphics-card model against the enclosure's limits, and check cooler clearance before substituting parts. A different card with the same GPU name can have a different cooler and may not fit. Use the linked manufacturer specifications and clearance results on this page.
This is an estimated configuration. It does not establish frame rates, noise, temperatures, or a fully tested SteamOS experience for this exact combination. The displayed estimate has a date; retailer availability and current prices need checking before purchase.
Compatibility
Worth knowing
- ASRock DeskMeet X600: GPU power-cable inventory is unconfirmed. Check that the supplied kit has the PCIe connectors required by PowerColor Reaper RX 9060 XT 16GB, and verify cable routing before buying. Connector fit has not been established.
